This brand new programme by Freedom Acts is designed to support those most at-risk of being exploited - particularly migrant workers, those that are homeless, refugees, previous victims or exploitation and newcomers to Northern Ireland.

Our aim is to address some of the vulnerabilities that would make these individuals targets of exploiters like low confidence, lack of understanding of employment rights and community isolation.

The programme is free and will cover all of these aspects in four week blocks, including specialist support from mental health workers, coaches, employment lawyers and recruitment agency staff.

It is our hope that we can work to prevent exploitation by equipping small groups of individuals with the tools and skills to build resilience and make well-informed decisions for their own lives.

Interpreting and transportation costs can be arranged and are included in the programme and we welcome interest from clients from all across Northern Ireland.

If you are an organisation or statutory body that would like to refer a client into this programme, we would love to hear from you.
